By creating an account or using BODA Nutrition (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BODA generates personalized meal plans, nutrition targets, and grocery lists, and — when you connect a supported grocery account such as Kroger — can add the items you approve to your cart for pickup or delivery.
BODA provides general nutrition and wellness information for educational purposes only. It is not medical, dietary, or professional health advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Always check ingredients and labels if you have allergies or health conditions.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
When you connect a third party such as Kroger, your use of that service is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for products, pricing, availability, fulfillment, or charges made through connected retailers.
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BODA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
